Is it true the WWvQ. I can remember Sable appearing on WCW Nitro a few years ago but she vanished soon after, did she quit over something?
She did make an appearance during an episode of Nitro but only as a "fan" sitting in the crowd. She couldn't legally perform for them due to her WWE contract. I suspect WCW management paid for her ticket, travel and accommodation despite it not being a proper appearance.
Why was The Kat fired from the WWF in 2002? And what's she up to these days?
It was 2001 and she was released from the company due to her attitude problem. She's currently in real estate from what we've heard.
Why hasn't the WWE signed the likes of Jasmin St. Claire and Major Gunns?
Because of their adult background, Jasmin's done a lot of raunchy hardcore movies in her past. She was, however, nearly used for a HLA skit back in 2002 but it fell through.

Possibly, although WCW went on a rampage with their female talents contracts late 2000/2001.

Yes unfortunately. For those of you that haven't heard it then here we go. The website made a small comment about how Tori had man-hands, a comment that most likely would've been forgotten very quickly. Tori went to WWE management and tried to get the post taken down, she was deeply hurt by it.
I was watching the Surreal Life on VH1 and scared for Chyna's health. She drinks too much and use prescription drugs, shouldn't she be sent to rehab? She was out of it on Stern too.
I was told that she had checked into rehab but we don't know if it was one of the full 30-day sessions of a flying visit.

Apparently she was having an affair with Bob, who was a married man. Management cut their ties with her due to this and the fact that she wasn't a major talent at the time in regards to the female roster.

Anything is possible but I highly doubt it. She's gone on record several times as stating she won't pose for them as she wants to be remembered for her work in the ring over posing nude for a men's magazine.

I doubt it, they'll probably ship Matt Hardy off to SmackDown unless they can get past their relationship issues.

No, they're completely different people.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe she retired from full-time wrestling.

Apart from ADORE, no. She used to have one but it closed down after Lita claimed it wasn't her official site due to some news and rumours that were posted about why she wasn't on television.
Is it true Linda McMahon stopped an action figure of herself from being released?
Yes. An exclusive Linda McMahon figure was supposed to be released by an online store in conjunction with Jakks Pacific, the WWE's toy manufacturer. We've got no idea as to why she put a stop to it.
