In July 2001, we had the chance to interview Tygress who is a former WCW Diva, Nitro Girl and current member of Diversity 5.
What has it been like singing with D5?
It's been fun. Since this is a new area of performance for all of us its been a great learning experience as well.
What else do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy working out and going to great restaurants for fine food and fine wine.
Do you miss being on TV in front of millions of fans as a Nitro girl?
I miss performing on a regular basis, not necessarily as a Nitro Girl.
Who do you miss the most from WCW?
All of the girls, the valets and the other Nitro Girls.
Who did you get along with most from WCW?
Teri, Sharmell, Chae, and Melissa (what a surprise, huh?)
What do you think about Vince McMahon buying WCW?
I think its life, unpredictable and uncontrollable.
Have you been offered a WCW or WWF contract?
No.
Who in wrestling do you think is a good role model?
Teri, Sharmell, Melissa, and Chae (surprised again... yes?)
Do you consider yourself a role model?
I accept the fact that there a people who consider me a role model.
Are you dating anyone?
I'm engaged
What kind of guys do you like?
Talented, health oriented, genuinely nice guys.
What one thing do your fans probably do not know about you?
I'm a pretty reserved person. People don't see that part of me when I'm on stage.
