I had the chance to get one of the WWF's hottest Divas to ever work in the WWF to do a short Interview for RHD. That Diva being the lovely Rena Mero aka Sable. She has been in Playboy multiple times and she is now in the Acting Business. Below is the Interview.
Q What was it like when entering an arena with multiple fans chanting your name and giving you a lotof attention
It is the most exciting part of wrestling! Probably what I miss most. There is nothing like performing in front of a live audience!
Q What federation would you like to be apart of full time some day if you ever decide to return to the wrestling industry
If I returned it would have to be WWF or WCW.
Q If you could be any wrestlers valet/manager who would it be and why
That dream already happened. It was working with my husband
Marc. We had so much fun travelling across the world and experiencing so much. When we wrestled each other he would try and make me laugh!
Q What do you do in your spare time
Mostly spend time with my family. I love working out and riding horses.
Q Where do you see yourself in 10 years time
I hope to still be in the entertainment industry. Hopefully
have my own show. If not I have had the best ride! Maybe I'll take up needlepoint! LOL
Q How is acting life compared to the wrestling life
I just shot a movie in the Czech Republic titled Arians's
Quest. It was more of a team effort.
Q What is your fav entrance theme
Mine of course!
Q What has to be your greatest wrestling moment
It had to be my first match at Wrestlemania when Marc and I
wrestled Goldust and Luna. It was unbelievable!
Q How did you get into the wrestling business
I accompanied Marc to sign his new contract with the WWF. I met Vince McMahon and he asked if I would like to be a part of the WWF
Q Were you always interested in joining the wrestling business
Marc and I were together since 92 and I always enjoyed watching him, but I never imagined that I would someday be in wrestling.
Q What would you call your best physical feature
I would have to say my eyes, legs and butt!
Q What do you think about the direction Vince McMahon took WWF in
Vince is a brilliant man and is doing what he feels is best for his company.
Q What kind of workout do you do to keep yourself in shape
I train 5-6 days a week 2 hours a day. The most important
aspect of training is proper nutrition.
Q Do you have much free time to spend with your family
I have much more time now than when I was wrestling.
Q Do you enjoy all the Internet attention you get
I find it to be very flattering. It also gives me an opportunity to get different views on how people see me. Or things they may want to see!
Q What is it like knowing men have pictures of you on there walls and knowing many are in love with you
I have some of the greatest fans in the world. I appreciate all their support.
Q Would you ever want to pose for Playboy again
I have a great relationship with Playboy and believe we will get together again!
Q What was it like posing for Playboy and how did your friends and family react to it
It was an exhilarating experience! Most of my friends and family supported me.
Q How is Marc Mero now and how has his life changed after leaving the wrestling world
Marc is managing me and doing a great job! We are very happy with our personal lives.
