Kelly Kelly's RHD Interview
In May 2006 fans had the opportunity to send in questions for Barbie Blank to answer as part of her RHD Q&A.
How did you come to be involved in the wrestling industry?
I went in for an interview with John Laurinitus the manager of all the wrestlers in WWE and he liked me so I signed a contract and here I am now, training at OVW
How did your family react when told that you'd be pursuing a career in pro wrestling?
My family was very supportive of me and all my decisions!!! Me and my dad always watched the WWE when I was younger so becoming apart of it now is really exciting to him!!
Were you a fan of pro wrestling prior to being hired?
Yes I was definitely but now that I've been hired I'm really into now
Have you begun training in OVW and, if so, how have you been coping?
Yes I began training about a week ago and it's going really well. It's so much fun but it's hard to be away from home and out on my own since I'm only 19 and never lived on my own or away from my family but this was my decision so I just take life a day at a time.
What are your thoughts on the current WWE Divas? And are there any particular Divas you'd like to work with once you join the WWE?
All of the WWE Divas are awesome and amazing to watch. It's really exciting to know that I'll be working with them!! I would love to work with any of them!!
What character would you most like to portray on WWE Television?
I would like to portray a character that's probably related to a Barbie Doll since that's my name and everyone says I remind them of a Barbie.
What would you call your best physical feature?
My smile because I'm always happy and smiley.
If there was one thing fans don't know about you, what would it be?
I'm not as perfect as they portray me to be, I'm a really down to earth girl.
Where do you see yourself in ten years time?
Wherever life takes me.
