Interview with: Allison Danger
We had the chance to catch up with Allison Danger and get a cool interview with her. Below is what came out of the interview.

Q How did you get involved with Wrestling
I was brought in the business by the Sandman.  He saw me hanging out at an indy with Francine and threw me in his match.  A month later I got a phone call from the promoter asking if he can continue to use me on his shows.  It just took off from there.

Q Which wrestling company do you work for?
I work for PWF, IWA (Reading PA), IWF, PCW, UWA, IWC and LAW.

Q What was it like in the Locker-room
My favorite locker room has to be the PWF one.  We have so much tremendous talent in there including Rapid Fire Maldanado, High Profile Dylan Night and Candi, the SAT, Mike Kehner, Gino Giovanni and the Backseat Boyz w/ Donnie B, amongst others.  Steve Corino (the Booker) has such a mind for the business and puts together amazing shows.

Q Which wrestlers were the most fun to work with
My personal favorites right now have to be the SAT.  Those guys are just amazing.

Q How did you like your time in the company
I enjoy it immensely.

Q Did you enjoy being a valet
Valeting is fun but I prefer to manage and wrestle too,  Right now I am one half of the IWF Tag Team Champions along with Rapid Fire.

Q How are the other women to work with
I enjoy working with the other girls.  I hear so many horror stories of women who do not get along in the locker room but I have been very fortunate.  I have had a blast working with the women I have, which includes Candi and Kara Slice.

Q What was it like entering a arena with thousands offans shouting and looking at you
It is such an adrenaline rush.  You can't really put into words how it feels to have the fans cheering you and showing their support.  It is a great feeling.

Q Did you enjoy doing all the Media appearances
Absolutely.  I really enjoy meeting the fans and getting to talk to them whenever I can.  Right now I am trying to conquer AOL Instant Messenger so I can interact with fans who are unable to come to shows and speak to fans all over.

Q What are your thoughts on the recent WCW Sale and do you think WCW will turn around now that Vince McMahon is in command.
I feel it stands to be a very interesting ride.  The McMahon Family seems to have the Midas touch with these things.

Q Have you been offered a WCW or WWF Contract?
At this point in time, no.

Q Who did you hang around with most backstage
Depends on what promotion I am working for.  I try to be friendly with everyone.  A lot of times I will be alone in a corner gearing myself for the night's match though.

Q Did you make any close friends while wrestling
Yes,  If it wasn't for wrestling I would never have met some of the people who are now closest to my heart.

Q What are your thoughts on the Nitro Girls
The Nitro Girls gave WCW something that set them apart from the WWF.

Q Do you have any comments when it comes to the XFL
Unfortunately, I don't understand football in general so the XFL was difficult for me to follow. I am a hardcore hockey fan though.

Q Do you have any comments when it comes to Missy Hyatt's Wrestling Vixxxens Website?
When it comes to things of a promotional nature, Missy Hyatt comes up with some very business savvy ideas.

Q Do you have any comments when it comes to MTV's Show Tough Enough?
I watch it if I am home. I find it interesting.

Q Have you followed the wrestling industry all your life
No, I tended to follow hockey and music more.

Q What federations have you been a fan of
Growing up, the WWF was where it was at for me.

Q What wrestlers do you admire
I believe Tajiri is an incredible worker along with the Hardy Boyz.  Again, I am a huge fan of the SAT.  Those guys are going places.

Q What wrestling related websites do you follow if any
My own (AllisonDanger.com), Juggernaut's, Steve Corino's, the promotions that I work for and I also check out the other women's sites too.  I like to see what the other girls are up.  I feel competition is very healthy and keeps me strong.  It forces me to stay on top of my game.

Q If you could wrestle anyone who would it be and why
I would love to wrestle Molly Holly.  She is one of the most talented females in wrestling.

Q If you could be any wrestlers valet who would it be and why
I actually would love to work with Hurricane Helms.  He is a great worker and is such a fun person to be around.

Q Where do you see yourself in 10 years time
Hopefully traveling the world.

Q Have you ever made any worth mentioning mistakes when performing Live
I have been very fortunate in that the mistakes I have made were minor ones.  The most embarassing thing is if your dress or outfit slips and you give the fans a little more to see than you intended.  That has happened only once and I still get teased to this day about it.

Q What has to be your greatest wrestling moment
My first mixed tag match.  It was the first time I had actually wrestled a match.  Rapid Fire and I faced Dylan Night and Candi.  It was a great time.  I was so fortunate to work with three very talented people.

Q What would you call your best physical feature
I would say my smile.

Q How has your wrestling career effected your life as a whole
Yes, I have not had much of a personal life for over a year now.  i have been concentrating so much on wreslling.  Now that I have been in for a bit of time, I am finding how to balance the personal life with the professional life.

Q Do you enjoy all the Internet attention you get
It still is taking some getting used to.  I get such support and kind words from my fans and I can't help but think if they only realized how much of a dork I am...

Q What is it like knowing men have pictures of you on there walls and knowing many are in love with you
It amazes me that someone would want to hang a picture of me on their walls.

Q Can I have some comments on the following
Wrestlers/Divas

Chyna - I wish I had half her dedication to her body and her work.

Lita - She is paving a new way for the future of women's wrestling.

Trish Stratus - She is Canadian too and that makes her cool in my book.

Midajah - Unfortuantely, I never really got to follow her work.

Ivory - If I could only have half her talent; she is just amazing.

Molly Holly - She is a fantastic worker.

Nicole Bass - Another one I could use some gym tips from.

The Kat - I never followed her work.

Stephanie McMahon - Chris Jericho and her have some great chemistry on the microphone.  She has quite a mind for the wrestling business, very intelligent.

Kidman - He is an all-around great guy.

Rena Mero - She has a great run as Sable.

Hulk Hogan - I remember playing with his doll growing up.

Hardy Boyz - Unbelievably talented and such great guys.  I had the pleasure of knowing them when they were running their OMEGA promotion in NC, before they signed with the WWF.  The sky is the limit for those two.

Kevin Nash - He was one big guy.

Bill Goldberg - He had such a following behind him when he was with WCW.

The Rock - He has made such a name for himself over the past few years.  He has to be one of the hardest working guys out there.

Kurt Angle -  Whether as a heel or a face, Kurt Angle can draw such emotions at of the fans when he is on the mike.  Very talented.  The steel cage match he had with Chris Benoit I believe is one of his best to date.

Triple H - Easily the hardest working guy in the business.  He has put so much into his career and it is great to see him be so sucessful.  I look forward to his return.

Shane McMahon - He is going to do great things with the new WCW.

Steve Austin  - He is a tough guy.  Does a great job as a face or heel.

Vince McMahon - One word-Genius

Q What kind of workout do u do
I spend about 1-2 hours a night at the gym 5-6 times a week.  At least a half hour of cardio followed by weight training and rehab on a knee injury.  The knee is healed but I have to keep it strong to prevent further problems.

Q How much time do you spend on training and keeping fit
I try to do as much physical stuff as possible outside the gym and train in the ring whenever possible.

Q What fitness advice would you give to people looking to folllow on in your footsteps
Best thing to do is consult a doctor first and then get yourself a great personal trainer. My trainer is awesome.  He keeps me motivated and watches me like a hawk to keep me from being lazy or cheating.  Jeff keeps my workouts fresh to keep me head in it and to keep my body challenged.

Q Do you have any comments on the WWF's Chyna and how she has changed her look over the past 3 years
She has come so far and looks awesome today.  She is a beautful women with great things ahead of her.

Q What do you family think of your wrestling career
They have been very supportive of my wrestling.

Q Do your family support what you do
They come to shows, promote my appearances on websites and interact with fans when I am unable to do so.

Q Do you have much time to spend with your family
Unfortunately not as much as I would like.  We are pretty spread out so a lot of time we spend on the internet to keep the bonds intact.

Q How did your family react when they learned you were moving into the Wrestling Industry
They encouraged me to do it.

Q What jobs interested you while you were growing up
I wanted to be an aracheologist and then a ice hockey star.  I enrolled in college to study psychology.

Q Looking into your past what one thing would you
change if you could
I would have learned to play the guitar and started playing ice hockey at a younger age.

Q Do you have any comments you would like to share with all of your fans
I would just like to thank them for all their support.

Q What is your favorite Movie
The Crow, The Sixth Sense, Clueless and anything by Kevin Smith.

Q What is your favorite Television Show
Law & Order, Sex & the City, the Simpsons and Will & Grace.

Q What is your perfect meal
Mom's pineapple chicken.

Q What music do you like listening to
My taste is very eclectic but I prefer Alternative over all.

Q Your website says you are a huge Fuel fan, what got you interested in the Band
The first time I heard "Shimmer" I was just blown away by the passion these guys played with.  I literally went straight to the record store and bought the Sunburn CD.  I have been hooked ever since.

Q What is your favorite Fuel song and why?
"Sunburn" and "Bad Day" have to be my favorites.  The band has grat lyrics and Brett Scallions puts so much raw passion into his singing.

Q Do you have time to go to Music Concerts and if so what ones have you recently been to
I have seen Fuel twice this year, plus 3 Doors Down, Ours, Barenaked Ladies, Bonehead, Oleander, Weezer, Good Charlotte, Richard Cheeese and Lounge against the Machine, Vertical Horizon and some others I can't remember off the top of my head.  The next concert I intend to see is Tori Amos sometime in October.

Q If there was one thing fans dont know about you what would it be?
That I am a huge dork.  Just kidding.  I am a big reader.  I love Shakespearre.  And the Mists of Avalon has to be one of the greatest books ever written.  Worth reading all 900 plus pages of it.

Q Is there anything else you would like to say to all your fans out there?
Thank you again for all your support and please continue to support independent wrestling.
